Designed with large scale libraries in mind, the enquiry management system from FDI has been developed in partnership with Essex County Council.

Fretwell-downing informatics enquiry management system is a web-based solution built using the latest, scalable technology, for easier multi-site and international implementation. This FDI solution achieves the following key objectives:
